Calvary Chapel Christian Preschool of Spokane
Calvary Chapel Christian Preschool of Spokane is a Co-op program. Parents are required to spend at least 2 days a month in the classroom assisting the teacher. This allows us to keep our tuition competitive and gets parents in the habit of helping at their child’s school. Anyone who does not complete their volunteer hours on a monthly basis will be charged the number of missing hours at a rate of $10.00 per hour and will be billed on a quarterly basis.
Parents must understand that all students enrolled in Calvary Chapel Christian Preschool of Spokane will receive biblical training in accordance with the Statement of Faith. Parents thereby authorize the school to teach their children these truths and agree to support Calvary Chapel Christian Preschool staff to the best of their ability.
Open Door Policy: CCCP encourages an on-going communication between parents and teachers. Parents are welcome to visit the classroom. Our doors are always open.
Parental Responsibility: CCCP is not responsible for lost clothing, toys, jewelry, or other personal items. Preschoolers are only to bring toys on sharing days. Each toy should have a name on it to identify the owner.
Illness: No child will be admitted to class with a sore throat, fever, ear ache, swollen glands, runny nose (unless known to be allergy based), unexplainable rash or skin irritation, or other symptoms of illness. Do not send a child to school until contagious symptoms are no longer present. Please notify the school of any contagious disease that may occur in your family. If your child should be exposed to a communicable disease at school, you will be informed of the date of exposure, incubation period and symptoms of the disease.
School Arrival: Please escort your child to the classroom. It is impossible for the school to be responsible for the children until they are in the classroom. Each child must be signed in and out of the preschool facility. If it is a family member, they must be at least eighteen years old.
Overtime: Preschoolers must be picked up by 12:00pm or there will be a charge of $5.00 per each fifteen minutes.
Payments: This is a yearly contract and not monthly, which means you are obligated to pay the monthly installment even though your child is not here. This means that if they are absent for one week or less, the monthly installment listed above must be paid. This also means that if your child is gone for a month or more, the monthly installment must be paid.
Late fees: Payments are due the first of every month. Payments received after the 10th day of the month will be charged a late fee of $25.00. If the balance is not paid with 30 days of the initial due date, the student is considered withdrawn unless arrangements have been made with the administration.
Returned Checks: A service charge of $25.00 will be charged for returned checks. Returned checks must be cleared within 15 days.
